REFUND POLICY

Group Drop In Sessions

All drop-in session payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel a session contact Coach Lou directly at least 4 hours before your scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before a session forfeit the session payment. No-shows are non-refundable.

Edge 4 Package

Edge 4 packages are non-refundable. The package closes automatically after all 4 sessions are used.

Edge 8 and Edge 12 Memberships

Monthly membership billing is non-refundable once the billing cycle has processed. To cancel your membership written notice is required 15 days before your next billing date. Cancellation requests submitted less than 15 days before the next billing date will result in one final charge before the membership is cancelled. Unused session credits do not roll over and are forfeited at the end of each billing cycle.

General

Vertical Edge Performance reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a business-initiated cancellation clients will receive a full refund or session credit at their discretion.
