1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, purchasing a package, or enrolling in a membership with Vertical Edge Performance you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree do not use our services.

2. Services

Vertical Edge Performance offers athletic performance training including but not limited to speed development, vertical jump training, agility training, and VertiMax-based resistance training. All training is conducted by Coach Louis Jones, ISSA Master Trainer and Certified VertiMax Trainer.

3. Eligibility

Training programs are open to athletes of all ages. Athletes under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the intake form and liability waiver prior to participation. By completing the waiver the parent or guardian consents to their child's participation and assumes all associated risks.

4. Booking and Payments

All sessions must be booked in advance through the Vertical Edge Performance website or Vagaro booking platform. Payment is required at the time of booking. Vertical Edge Performance accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Vagaro's secure payment processing.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed by the Vertical Edge Performance Refund Policy available on this website. Vertical Edge Performance does not offer refunds outside of the terms outlined in the Refund Policy.

6. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Vertical Edge Performance is not a medical provider. Training programs are designed for healthy individuals engaged in athletic development. Participants are responsible for disclosing any injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions prior to training. Vertical Edge Performance reserves the right to modify or restrict training based on disclosed health information. Participation is at the athlete's own risk.

7. Photo and Media Release

By participating in training at Vertical Edge Performance you grant Vertical Edge Performance permission to photograph or record sessions for use on social media, the website, and marketing materials. If you do not consent notify Coach Lou in writing before your first session.

8. Code of Conduct

All athletes and parents are expected to conduct themselves with respect toward Coach Lou, other athletes, and the training facility. Vertical Edge Performance reserves the right to terminate a membership or package without refund for conduct that disrupts training or violates this policy.

9. Changes to Terms

Vertical Edge Performance reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
